Costs Charges and expenses which the parties of the Second part
may incur or be put to in collecting the same by foreclosure

Leonard Bricker To John Tyndal
          "Mortgage"
This Indenture made the 30th day of October in the year of
our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty two, Between
Leonard Bricker of the County of Duval and State of Florida
party of the first part and John Tyndal of Taunton
State of Massachusets party of the Second part
Whereas the said Leonard Bricker are justly indebted to
John Tyndal of the Second part in the sum of
Three Hundred Dollars lawful money of the
United States of America as evidenced by a certain
promissory note in words and figures as follows viz
$30000                  Jacksonville Oct 30th 1882
Two years after the date I promise to pay to the order of John
Tyndal Three Hundred ($30000} Dollars at the rate of 10
per centum per annum until paid Interest payable annu-
ally value received
Due Oct 30th 1882       (signed) Leonard Bricker
Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the said party of the
first part for the better securing of the payment
