or for me or for my benefit on or off of any & all lands
in Alachua Co Fla To have and to hold all and sing-
ular the crops above bargained & sold unto the said
J.A. Williams his heirs & assigns forever. Provided Never-
theless that if the said Burrell Read shall well and
truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said J.A. Williams
the sum of one hundred and twenty five dollars
of the first day of September next & the like Sum
of one hundred & Twenty five dollars on the first
day of November following then this obligation
to be void else to remain in full force & virtue
And it is hereby further agreed that should it become   
necssary to enforce this instrument by legal proceedings
the said Burrell Read will pay therefor all reasonable
attorneys fees & charges

This Indenture made the 28 day of December in the
year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Eighty
one Between Abram Crosby & Richard Crosby of the
first part and George E. Hopkins of the second part:
Whereas the said parties of the first part is justly in
debted to the parts of the second part in the Sum
of Two hundred dollars lawful money of the United
States of America evidenced by a promissory note
dated 1881 and due in two years after the date
