quarter of Section Five (5) in Township Ten (10) South of Range Twenty (20)
East containing Ten (10) acres of land more or less saving Fifteen (15)
feet off of each side thereof heretofore reserved for Streets in what is
known as "Brown's Addition" to the Town of Gainesville Fla= Together
with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining= To Have and to
Hold the same unto him the said Joseph W. Coburn and to his heirs
executors administrators and assigns forever. Provided always nevertheless
and this instrument is executed and delivered upon this express
condition that if we the said Rosanna Hills and John E. Hills or either
of us shall and do well and truly and fully pay the said promissory
note for the sum of one hundred and seventy dollars at the time the
same falls due together with all interest thereon to accrue according
to its legal tenor and effect and shall also pay as we hereby agree
to do all reasonable attorneys fees and charges for the foreclosure hereof
in the event a foreclosure hereof becomes necessary then this obligation to
become wholly null and void, otherwise to be and remain in full
force and virtue. In Witness whereof we have hereunto set our

Rosanna Hills wife of John E. Hills and who being first duly
questioned and examined by me separate and apart from her said husband
did say and acknowledge before me upon such separate and private examination
that she did sign seal and deliver the foregoing Mortgage of her Separate
estate to Joseph W. Coburn for the uses and purposes therein contained
and expressed freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion
constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said husband.
