Said W.A. Colclough may be put to inenforcing the collection
of the aforesaid sum of money covenanted to be paid
by said note by foreclosure or otherwise.

Mrs Sarrah V. Collins wife of A.J. Collins the grantor in the
foregoing conveyance who being first duly questioned
and examined by me, seperate and apart from her said
husband says and acknowledges before me that she did
sign the said conveyance for the purpose of releasing
relinquishing and renouncing all of her right of seperate
Property in and to the land in said conveyance described
and that said relinquishment and renunciation of seperate
Property was done and made by her voluntarily, and
without any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear
of or from her said husband.
