H.L. Riviere to S.W. Vaughn
             "Mortgage"
I. H.L. Riviere being indebted to S.W. Vaughn of Alachua
County State of Florida For the loan of one hundred
dollars at eight per cent interest Now to secure the
said indebtedness I H.L. Riviere hereby agree to give
a Mortgage on the said property to wit the north
half of the north west quarter and the south west
quarter of section Twenty four (24) Township seven
south of Range seventeen (17) East Containing One
Hundred and sixty acres To have and to hold the
above described property unto the said S.W. Vaughn
his heirs and assigns forever. Provided however that
if I my heirs and assigns shall and do well and
truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said
S.W. Vaughn his heirs and assigns by the first of
Dec next AD 1883
