pages 550 in the Clerks office of the said County of Alachua
State of Florida = The said lot being Two hundred feet
north and south and Two Hundred feet East and west and
bounded on the north by lot owned by L.A. Barnes
on the East by lot owned by John Maguire: on the
south by Foster Street and on the west by Lee Avenue
Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertain
ing, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and
remainders, rents issues and profits thereof, and also all
the Estate right title interest dower and right of dower
seperate estate property possession, claim and demand what-
soever as well in law as in equity, of the said parties of
the said first part, of, in, and to the same and every part
and parcel thereof with the appurtenances To have and to
hold the above granted and described premises unto the
said party of the second part, her heirs and assigns to her
and her own proper use benefit and behoof forever
Provided always, and these presents are on this express
Condition, that if the said Samuel Y. Finley, his heirs
Executors,or Administrators, shall well and truly pay
unto the said party of the second part her heirs executors
or administrators or assigns the said sum of money
mentioned on the said promissory note To wit the sum
of Eight Hundred dollars with interest at Twelve per
cent per annum five years after the date hereof according
to the true intent and meaning thereof together with all
all costs, charges and expenses which the said party of
the second part may incur or be put to in collecting the
same by foreclosure or otherwise that then these presents,
and the Estate hereby granted, shall cease determine and
be absolutely null and void. And the said parties
of the first part for themselves and their heirs Exec-
utors and administrators do covenant and agree to pay
unto the said party of the second part heirs executors
administrators or assigns and all costs, charges
and expenses, which the party of the second part may
incur or be put to in collecting the same by foreclosure.
In witness whereof, the said parties of the first part have
hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year first
above written.
