I Julia D. Finley wife of the above named Saml Y. Finley do, by
these presents made and executed by me seperate and apart from
my said husband, and in presence of Robt W. Davis a Notary Public
of the State of Florida acknowledge and declare that I did
make myself a part to and executed the foregoing Mortgage
Deed for the purpose of relinquishing my right to dower in and
to the lands in said Deed described and Mortgaged and
that I did the same freely and voluntarily, and without
any compulsion, constraint fear or apprehension of or
from my said husband. In witness whereof I
hereunto subscribe my name and affix my seal this

Be it Known that that on the 28th day of December
AD 1882 Personally appeared before me a Notary Public
of the State of Florida the above named Julia D.
Finley to me well known as the wife of Sam Y. Finley
and as one of the persons described in and who
executed the foregoing Mortgage Deed, who being at
the time seperate and apart from her husband, the
said Saml Y. Finley did then and there make and
execute the foregoing acknowledgement her name
being with her own hand subscribed, and her
seal affixed in my presence. Witness my hand
and seal at Green Cove Spring the day and year
above written.
