The State of Florida
            To all to whom these Presents shall come
or be made known or to whom the same may in any
wise concern I Louisa C. Burge by my promissory note
duly executed bearing even date with these presents stand
bound unto Charles I. Baker of the City of Baltimore in
the State of Maryland in the sum of two hundred dollars
payable Twelve months after the date thereof. Now know
all men that I the said Louisa C. Burge in consideration
of the said debt and for better securing payment of the
same with such interest as may accrue thereon unto the
said Charles I. Baker his personal representatives and
assigns do grant bargain and sell unto the said Charles
I. Baker his heirs and assigns all that piece or parcel
of ground situated in the town of Waldo Alachua
