That I Sarah Jane Crosby wife of the above named
Abraham Crosby wife of Richard does by these

presents made and executed by me separate and
           our
apart from my said husband and in the presence
of T.J. Forrest and T.J. Wilks of the State of Florida
                             we
acknowledge and declare that I did make ourselves
a party to and executed the foregoing Mortgage Deed
for the Purpose of releasing relinquishing and
renouncing all of our right of Dower in and to
the lands in said Deed described and mortgaged
and that said  relinquishment and renunciation
of dower was done and made by me freely and vol-
untarily and without any Compulsion Constraint
apprehension or fear of or from our said husbands
