Zetrouer who being duly sworn says that the said
Eliza Scott sign seal execute & deliver the foregoing
deed of Conveyance for the purposes & uses therein contained
and expressed & that he together with T.W. Zetrouer signed
the same as subscribing     }

Ned and Dudley Chisolm to W.A. Colclough & Foster and Colclough
          "Mortgage"
State of Florida }
Alachua County   } This Indenture made and entered
into on this 4th day of January AD 1879. Witnesseth that
Ned & Dudley Chisolm in consideration of the sum of six
Hundred & thirty dollars already advanced by and now due
to W.A. Colclough & Foster & Colclough by him the said
Ned & Dudley Chisolm the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
and for the further consideration that the said W.A. Col-
clough & Foster & Colclough shall, and will make such
further reasonable amount of Advances in provisions Merch-
andise and plantation supplies as may be necessary to enable
the said Ned & Dudley Chisolm to make harvest and prepare
for market their crops of all kinds during the year AD 1879.
such further advances not to exceed      dollars and for the
further consideration of one dollar in hand paid by these
presents doth grant bargain sell and convey unto the said
W.A. Colclough & Foster & Colclough and to their heirs and assigns
all the right title interest and claim of the said Ned & Dudley
Chisolm their heirs Executors and administrators of in and
to all the crops of what soever species kind or description now
growing or which may hereafter at any time in the future
be planted, grown or gathered by me or for me or for my benefit
on or off of any and all lands in Alachua County Florida
until the debt hereby secured with interest is fully paid: Also
the following described property to wit: Twenty head of cattle
two horses one Black mule property of Dudley Chisolm also Twenty
head cattle & 2 Horses property of Ned Chisolm. To have and
to hold all and singular the crops lands and personal property
above bargained and sold unto the said W.A. Colclough & Foster
& Colclough their Executors administrators and assigns forever
Provided nevertheless that if the said Ned & Dudley Chisolm
shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said W.
A. Colclough & Foster & Colclough the full Amount of the Advances
heretofore made and hereafter to be made with their charges
