for commissions and interest on the same then this obligation
to be void else to remain in full force and virtue.
and it is hereby further agreed that all amounts heretofore and
hereafter advanced are due and payable upon delivery of the
goods therefor and shall bear interest accordingly and that this
instrument may be enforced at any time at the option of the said
W.A. Colclough & Foster & Colclough and it is hereby further agreed
that should it become necessary to enforce this instrument by legal
proceedings the said Ned & Dudley Chisolm will pay therefor all
reasonable Attorney's fees and charges In witness whereof we
