And the said Mrs Charlotte E. Mayo upon being duly questioned
and examined by me seperate and apart from her husband further
says and acknowledges in my presence that she did the same freely
and voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint apprehension
or fear of or from her said husband.

   Alexander Coulter to John R. Zetrouer
                "Mortgage"
     This Indenture made the 18th day of December in the
year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty
two Between Alexander Coulter and his wife Sallie M. Cou-
lter of the County of Alachua and State of Florida parties of
the first part and John R. Zetrouer of the County and State
above written of the second part whereas the said Alexander
Coulter and Sallie M. Coulter are justly indebted to John R.
Zetrouer party of the second part in sum of six Hundred
Dollars lawful money of the United States of America for
which said sum of money is covenanted to be paid
by these promissory notes bearing even date with this
indenture and made payable as follows one payable on
the 18th December AD 1883 one payable on the 18th of Decem-
ber AD 1884. And one payable on the 18th of December AD
1885. with interest from date at the rate of ten per cent
per annum The parties of the first part reserve the right
to pay in full or any parts of said notes before their
Maturity thereby stoping interest on said payment.
Now This indenture witnesseth that the said parties of the
first part for the better securing of the payment of the said
sum of money mentioned in the said promissory notes
and also for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar
to us in hand paid by the said party of the second part
at or before the ensealing and delivering of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained
sold aliened remised released conveyed and confirmed and
by these presents do grant bargain sell alien remise release
convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part
and to his heirs and assigns forever all that tract or
parcel of land lying in Alachua County State of Florida
and better known and described as follows to wit the
north west quarter and the west half of the south west quarter

Satisfaction of within Mortgage this 26th day of April 1883
