of section Twenty Eight in Township Ten South
of Range Twenty one East Excepting that portion of land
included in the survey of Coulterville and known as
Coulters Addition to Perry and Two Acres lying north
of the F.S.R. Road fronting on said Rail Road three
chains and sixteen links (gunthers) and fronting East on
half mile line dividing section Twenty Eight
(North and south) six chains and thirty two links.
 Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments
and Appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise apper-
taining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and 
remainders rents issues and profits thereof and also all
the estate right title interest dower and right of dower
seperate estate property possession claim and demand
whatsoever as well in law as in equity of the said parties
of the first part, of, in, and to the same, and every
part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances To have
and to hold the above granted and described premises
unto the said party of the second part his heirs and
assigns to his and their own proper use benefit & behoof
forever Provided always and these presents are on this
express condition that if the said Alexander Coulter and
Mrs Sallie M. Coulter their heirs executors or administrators
shall well and truly pay unto the said party of the
second part his heirs executors or administrators
or assigns the said sum of money specified in
said notes and interest thereon at the rate of ten
per cent per annum According to the true intent
and meaning of said notes. Together with all costs
charges and expenses incurred thereon which the
said party of the second part may incur or be
put to in collecting the same by fore closure of Mortgage
that then these presents and the estate hereby granted
shall cease delermine and be absolutely null and void
and the said parties of the first part for themselves
and their heirs executors administrators do covenant
and agree to pay unto the said party of the second
part his heirs executors administrators or assigns
Six hundred dollars and all costs charges and
expenses incurred by the said party of the second
part may incur or be put to in collecting the same
by foreclosure. In witness whereof of the said parties
of the first part have hereunto set their hands and seals the
