  Margaret Owens to Taylor Sanchez & Thrasher

Alachua County   } Whereas justly indebted to R.F. Taylor
E.C.F. Sanchez & B.A. Thrasher in the sum of $25000 Two
Hundred and fifty dollars which said sum of money is
covenanted to be paid by my certain promissory note bearing even
date herewith for the sum of Two hundred and fifty dollars
and hereas I am desirous of fully and better securing the pay
ment of said note and the sum of money mentioned therein
Therefore know all men by these presents that I Margaret
Owens for and in consideration of the premises and of the
sum of one dollar to me in hand paid have granted
bargained and sold and by these presents do grant bar-
gain sell and convey unto the said R.F. Taylor E.C.F. Sanchez
and B.A. Thrasher and to their heirs and assigns all
the following described piece parcel or tract of Land to
wit the lot or parcel of land lying and being in the
Town of Gainesville in the County of Alachua and State of
Florida to wit: The north half of Lot (15) fifteen in
in north west quarter of Section (5) five Township (10)
Ten Range (20) Twenty south and east containing
five acres less (15) fifteen feet on one side and {15} fifteen
feet on East End to be left for Street said lands
