condition of this obligation is such that if the said
Thomas McDaniel shall well and truly pay or Cause
to be paid the above described note at maturity and all
Costs arising from collecting the same then and in
that case this obligation ^shall^ cease determine & have
no effect otherwise to remain in full force and

Kiah Woodward To Michel McCarroll

Alachua County   } This Indenture made and entered into
on this Eighteenth day of March AD 1882 between Michael
McCarroll party of the first part and Kiah Woodward
party of the second part both of the State of Florida
& County of Alachua. Witnesseth that the said Kiah Wood-
ward is justly indebted to the said Michel McCarroll in the
Sum of one hundred and Twenty five Dollars ($125.00) by
note made payable to Michael McCarroll and due on the
first day of January 1883 (said note to draw interest at 10
pr ct from the date thereof)
                     Now in Consideration of the premises
and to secure the payment of said note together with
the sum of one Dollar to me in hand paid at and before
the sealing and delivery of this Indenture I have granted
bargained and sold and by these presents doth grant
bargain and sell Mortgage convey & deliver unto the
said Michael McCarroll one certain mouse Colored Mule
five years old more or less and also all the produce
that I may raise or cause to be raised on the place
