hereby grant bargain and sell unto the party of the second
part and do hereby convey unto him all that lot or parcel of
land lying and being in the Town of Micanopy and known as
the Robert McCollum Lot or Grove being according to Watson's
Survey of lands of J.B. Smith as Lot No 32 in Township 11
Eleven Section 26 Twenty six Range 20 Twenty in State
and County before mentioned To have and to hold the
above described lot with the improvements and appurtenances
thereto belonging to the party of the second part his heirs
executors or administrators in fee simple forever. This grant
is intended as a security for two hundred & thirty dollars
in a note bearing date Jan 1st 1883 Signed by the said
Rebecca L. McCollum and due Jan 1st AD 1884 without
interest which payment is duly made will render this
conveyance void, and if default shall be made in the
payment of the same. Then the party of the second part
his heirs executors or administrators are hereby authorized
to sell the Lot of Land herein described and granted
or so much thereof as will be necessary to satisfy amount
due with the cost and expenses allowed by Law In
witness whereof the party of the first part has hereunto
set her hand and seal this Jan 8th 1883.
