behoof forever Provided always and these presents are on
this express condition that if the said Gregory Y. Thigpen his heirs
Executors or administrators shall well and truly pay unto
the said party of the second part his heirs Executors or
administrators, or assigns the said sum of money and
all interest due thereon according to the True intent and
meaning of said note of hand together with all costs changes
and expenses taxes and fees and a reasonable sum as attorneys
fees which the said party of the second part may incur or
be put to in collecting the same by foreclosure that then these
presents and the estate hereby granted shall cease determine
and be absolutely null and void and said party of the
first part for himself and his heirs executors and adminis
trators Dose covenant and agree to pay unto the said party of
the second part his heirs executors administrators or assi
ns to pay the taxes & fees aforesaid and all costs charges
and expenses and all other money & fees which the 
party of the second part may incur or be put to in
collecting the same by foreclosure. In witness whereof
