State of Florida }
Alachua County   } This Indenture made on this
thirtieth day of January in the year one Thousand
eight hundred and eighty three between Elizabeth Williams
and W.H. Williams of the first part and Michael McCarroll senior
of the second part witnesseth that for and in consideration of
the sum of One Hundred and Twenty Dollars to them in hand
paid at and before the sealing and delivery hereof the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged the said parties of the first part
have given granted bargained sold and conveyed and by
these presents do so give grant bargain sell and convey to the
said party of the second part the following described and
conveyed parcel of land Towit Lot four of the South west
quarter of Lot Eleven of the Moses Levy Grant as is shown
by a Map of the same by James Croxton which map
is duly recorded in Deed Book "N" on page 916 in the
Clerks office at Gainesville and containing seventy eight
acres of land more or less situate in the County of Alachua
& State aforesaid To have and to Hold the above mentioned
and described parcel of land together with all and sin
gular the houses buildings improvements and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining unto the
said party of the second part his heirs executors or admin
istrators and assigns in fee simple forever. Provided always
nevertheless and these presents are upon the express condition
that if the said parties of the first part shall well and truly pay
to the party of the second part or his assigns their certain prom-
issory note bearing even date with these presents for the sum
of One Hundred and Twenty dollars payable to the party
of the second part or bearer & to be due on the first day of
January next with Ten per cent interest from date and shall
further pay all lawyers fees & costs of Court incident to the
foreclosure of this Mortgage should the parties fail punctu-
ally to pay said note at maturity then these presents to
be null and void otherwise to be and remain in full
force and virtue In testimony whereof the said parties of
first part have hereunto set their hands and affixed
their seals on the day and the year first above written

presents that I Elizabeth Williamson wife of William
Williamson of my own free will and accord without
any fear apprehension constraint or compulsion of or

$12000  On or before the first day of January next we promise
    to pay Michael McCarrol Senior the sum of one Hundred
    and Twenty Dollars for value received with Ten per cent interest
