Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that
for and in consideration of the sum of Two hundred and
fifty dollars ($250.00) to me in hand paid J.R. Bevill
of Alachua County Florida have this day bargained
sold and delivered to him the said James R. Crawford
the following property to wit Fifty head of Cattle marked
a sharp in each ear and Dewlaped up situated and
being in the said County and State To have and to hold
to the said James R. Crawford his heirs and assigns free
from all incumberances the said described property
against the Claims or Claims of each and person or
persons whatsoever. Provided alwase that if the said
J.R. Bevill shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid
