along the east boundary line of said Block Two hundred feet
thence westerly parallel with the north boundary line of said
Block two hundred and six feet to the west boundary
line of said Block thence northerly along said west bound
ary line two hundred (200) feet to the northwest corner
of said Block and thence Easterly along the north boun
dary line of said Block Two hundred and six (206)
feet to the place of beginning being part of the Grant
of land known as the Arredondo Grant in said County
of Alachua Together with all and singular the rights and
appurtenances thereto belonging or in any wise appertaining To
have and to hold the said herein granted premises with the
appurtenances unto the same belonging and the said parties
of the second part and their assigns forever Provided
always and these presents are upon the express condition
that if the said party of the first part the said Mary S.
& Wm W. Sheats her heirs or assigns shall pay unto the
said party of the second part or their assigns the sum
of Five Hundred and fifty dollars and interest thereon
according to the condition of a certain obligation
executed by the said party of the first part and be-
aring even date herewith then these presents and the
Estate hereby granted shall cease and determine otherwise
to remain in full force and effect and if default shall
be made in the payment of the said sum of money and
interest thereon at the time specified for the payment the-
reof the said party of the first part in such case hereby
authorizes and empowers the said party of the second party
or their assigns to sell the within granted premises at public
auction as provided by law in case of sale by sheriff upon
Execution and convey the same to the purchaser thereof and
out of the monies arrising from such sale to retain the
principal and interest which shall remain due or said ob-
ligation Together with costs and charges of such sale
and the expenses and attorneys fees therein and the over-
plus if any to be paid to the said party of the first 
part her heirs or assigns In witness whereof the said
parties of the first part have hereunto set their hands
and seals the day and year first above written
