due by me as aforesaid to Joseph W. Coburn=
Therefore know all men by theses presents that we the said
Robert H. Hawkins and his wife Mary S. Hawkins who
joins her said husband in this mortgage for the pur-
pose of releasing relinquishing and renouncing all of her
right or claim to dower in the land herein described for
and in Consideration of the premises and in Considera-
tion of the said sum of Six hundred and Sixty Six dollars
so bound to the said Robert H. Hawkins by the said
Joseph W. Coburn as aforesaid have granted bargained
and sold and by these presents do grant bargain Sell
Convey and Mortgage unto him the said Joseph W. Coburn
all of those certain pieces parcels or lots of land situated
lying and being in the County of Alachua in the State
of Florida particularly described as follows to wit: The
North East Quarter and the South East Quarter of Section
(21) Twenty one in Township Nine (9) South of Range Nineteen
(19) East Containing Three hundred and twenty acres more
or less. Together with all and singular the tenements hered-
itaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or
in anywise appertaining. To have and to hold the same
unto him the said Joseph W. Coburn and to his heirs
executors administrators and assigns forever. Provided always
nevertheless and this instrument is executed and delivered
upon this express Condition That if the said Robert H.
Hawkins shall and do well and truly pay the full am-
ount of the said promissory note for the Sum of Six
hundred and Sixty Six dollars at the maturity thereof
and Shall pay the interest thereon annually as the Same
becomes due and payable according to its legal tenor and
effect - and in the event this instrument has to be enforced
by foreclosure or other proceedings in the Courts shall pay
all reasonable attorneys fees Costs and Charges incurred in
the foreclosure or collection of the amount Secured with
attorneys fees costs and charges the said Robert H. Haw-
kins hereby agrees and Consents to pay in the event a
foreclosure becomes necessary then this instrument is to
become wholly null and void else to remain in full force
and virtue. In witness whereof we have hereunto set our
hands and affixed our seals on the first day of March
