all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise apper-
taining and the reversion and reversions remainder and
remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof And also all
the estate right title interest Dower and right of
Dower property, possession, claim, and demand what-
soever as well in law as in equity of the said parties
of the first part of in and to the same and every
part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances
  To have and to hold the above granted and described
premises unto the said party of the second part her
heirs and assigns to their own proper use benefit
and behoof forever. Provided always and these pres-
ents are on this express condition that if the said
James T. Ferguson heirs executors administ-
rators shall well and truly pay unto the said party
of the second part her heirs executors admin
istrators or assigns the said sum of money to wit
$500 with interest as mentioned in said note
according to the true intent and meaning thereof
Together with all costs charges expenses which the
said party of the second part my incur or be put 
to in collecting the same by foreclosure or otherwise
that then these presents and the estate hereby
granted shall cease determine and be absolutely
null and void, and the said parties of the first
part for themselves and their heirs executors and ad-
ministrators do covenant and agree to pay unto
the said party of the second part her heirs executors
administrators or assigns the sum of $500 and Interest as
mentioned in the said note and all costs charges and
expenses the party of the second part may incur or be put
to in collecting the same by foreclosure or any otherwise
