and manner herein before specified therefore without any 
fraud or further delay and without any deduction defa
lcation or abatement to be made for or in respect of any
taxes charges or assessments whatsoever That then and
from thenceforth as well this present Indenture and
the Estate hereby granted as the said obligation above
recited shall cease determine and become absolutely null
and void to all intents and purposes anything herein
before contained to the contrary thereof in anywise not
withstanding. In witness whereof the said party of the

    This Indenture made this thirtieth day of December
in the year of our Lord one Thousand Eight
hundred and Eighty two By and between Charles
A. McEuen of the City of Washington in the
District of Columbia of the first part and
James F. Graham of Falls Church Fairfax
County Virginia of the second part witnesseth
that the said party of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of Four Hundred
Dollars ($40000} in lawful money of the United
States to him hand paid by the said party of
the second part at and before the sealing and
delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged hath granted
