particulary described according to the original plans
and maps of said Town of Gainesville as being Lot
Three (3) of Block Four (4) of Rang Three (3) situated
on the East side of the Court House Square in said
Town of Gainesville the same being a parallelogram
Sixty (60) feet wide from north to south by Two
hundred (200) feet from east to west: also Block
Five (5) of Range Three described as commencing
at the south east corner of said Block Five (5)
of Range Three (3) and running West one hundred and
Twenty four (124) feet thence north one hundred
and twenty (120) feet thence East one hundred and
twenty four 124 feet thence south one hundred
and Twenty 120 feet to the place of beginning.
  Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same bel-
onging or in anywise appertaining. To have and
to hold the same unto him the said Moses Kessel
as such Trustee and to his heirs successors
in the trust and assigns forever Provided always
nevertheless and this instrument is executed
and delivered upon this expressed condition
that if we the said Ida E. Burnett Samuel
J. Burnett her husband and James H. Roper or
either of us shall and do well and Truly
pay or cause to be paid the full amount
of each and every of said three (3) promissory
notes for the sum of One Thousand Dollars Each
at the times and dates when they and each of
them falls due respectively together with all interest
thereon to accrue according to their and each of
their respective tenor and effect then this instru-
ment to become wholly null and void otherwise
to be and remain in full force and virtue
