Alachua County   } Whereas I James Doig of Gainesville
Alachua County Florida am justly indebted to Wade
A. Geiger of Archer Alachua County Florida in the
sum of Two thousand one hundred eighty eight 79100
dollars which said sum of money is covenanted to
be paid by my certain promissory note bearing date
this 3d day of February AD 1883, payable Twelve months after
date And whereas I am desirous of fully and better
securing the payment of said note and the sum of money
mentioned therein, therefore know all men by these presents
