M. Miller her heirs and assigns all the following descr-
ibed piece parcel or tract of Land to wit: that portion of
the Ed Haile tract situated in Alachua County State of Florida
described in Plot of said lands caused to be made by
Mackey and Hudson and recorded in the Clerk's office of
County in Deed Book J of Deeds page 906 on which said
plot said lands are described as Lot (16) sixteen Excep
ting five acres of said Lot Belonging to Percy F. Wilson
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging To have and to hold the same
unto the said Agnes M. Miller in fee simple absolute forever
Provided however and these presents are upon this express
condition that if the said M.M. Gaston and A.F. Gaston
or their heirs or assigns shall well and truly pay or cause
to be paid the sum of money covenanted to be paid by
said note together with the interest to accrue thereon
according to the legal tenor thereof then this obligation
shall become null and void else to remain in full
force and virtue and it is hereby further agreed
and stipulated that the said M.M. Gaston and A.F.
Gaston will pay all expenses costs and attorneys fees
which the said Agnes M. Miller may be put to in
Enforcing the collection of the aforesaid sum of money
covenanted to be paid by said note by foreclosure
or otherwise. In witness whereof we have hereunto

Alachua County   } I hereby certify that on this
20th day of January AD 1883, Before me personally
appeared Mrs A.F. Gaston wife of M.M. Gaston the
grantor in the foregoing conveyance who being first
duly questioned and examined by me separate
and apart from her said husband says and
acknowledges before me that she did sign
the said conveyance for the purpose of releasing
relinquishing and renouncing all of her right
of dower in and to the land in said conv-
eyance described and that said relinquishment
and renunciation of dower was done and made
by her voluntarily and without any compulsion
constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said
husband, In testimony whereof I have hereunto
set my hand and seal this 2 day of February AD 1883
