     Delia Dryer et. al. to Hattie L. Sanchez
               "Mortgage"

Alachua County   } Whereas we Delia Dryer widow
and Richard Dryer & his wife Sarah Dryer of the
aforesaid County and State are justly indebted to
Mrs Hattie L. Sanchez of the same place in the
sum of three hundred dollars which said sum of
money is covenanted to be paid by a certain promissory
note bearing date herewith one for the same of Three
hundred Dollars of date October the 28th pay-
able to the order of Mrs Hattie L. Sanchez given
by the said Delia Dryer and Richard Dryer due
the date thereof at the rate of 12% per annum
Being for the purchase money of & for the property
hereinafter described and whereas we are desirous
of fully and better securing the payment of said notes
and the sum of money mentioned therein Therefore
know all men by these presents that we the said Delia
Dryer and Richard Dryer & his wife Sarah Dryer
for and in consideration of the premises and of the sum
of one dollar to us in hand paid have granted
bargained and sold and by these presents do
grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Mrs
Hattie L. Sanchez his heirs and assigns all the following
described piece parcel or tract of land to wit: That
part of Lot Number (23) Twenty Three in Brushes
addition to the Town of Gainesville being (133)
one hundred and thirty three feet by (660) Six
hundred and sixty feet Situated lying and

hereby Cancel and discharge the same from record
