being in Alachua County State of Florida Together
with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and app
urtenances thereunto belonging To have and to hold the same
unto the said Mrs Hattie L. Sanchez in fee simple
absolute forever Provided however and these presents are
upon this express consideration that if the said
Delia Dryer & Richard Dryer or their heirs or ass-
igns shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid the
sum of money covenanted to be paid by said note
Together with the interest to accrue thereon according
to the legal tenor thereof then this obligation shall
become null and void Else to remain in full force
and virtue and it is hereby further agreed and 
stipulated that the said Delia Dryer & Richard
Dryer will pay all expenses costs and attorneys fees
which the said Mrs Hattie L. Sanchez my be put
to in enforcing the collection of the aforesaid sum
of money covenanted to be paid by said note by
foreclosure or otherwise In witness whereof we have
hereunto set our hands and affixed our seals on
this 8th day of November AD 1882.

6th day of January AD 1883, before me personally
appeared Mrs Sarah Dryer wife of Richard Dryer
the grantor in the foregoing conveyance who being
first duly questioned and examined by me sep
arate and apart from her said husband says
and acknowledges before me that she did sign
the said conveyance for the purpose of releasing
relinquishing and renouncing all of her right of dower
in and to the land in said conveyance described
and that said relinquishment and renunciation of
Dower was done and made by her voluntarily and
without any compulsion constraint apprehension
or fear of or from her said husband
