Alachua County   } This Indenture made the Eighteenth day
of March AD one thousand Eight hundred and Eighty
Two between Shade Brown and his wife Catherine Brown
of the County of Alachua and State of Florida parties of
the first part and C.W. Bauknight merchant of the
town of Archer County of Alachua and State of Florida
party of the second part witnesseth: that the said parties of the
first part for and in Consideration of the sum of one
dollar to them in hand paid by the party of the second
part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and for
the further consideration of Twenty five dollars worth of
general merchandise to be advanced to the parties of the
