Alachua County   } Whereas we George H. Tyson and John
O. Tyson of Alachua County Florida (Bachelors) are
justly indebted to James R. Crawford of the same place
in the sum of five hundred ($500.00) dollars which said
sum of money is covenanted to be paid by a certain a
certain promissory note bearing date herewith one for
the sum of $500.00 due the first day of January AD 1884
payable to James R. Crawford or order and bearing
interest from the date Thereof at the rate of 1 1/2%
per month until paid said note dated on 30th day of
January AD 1883, and whereas we are desirous of fully and
better securing the payment of said note and the sum of
money mentioned therein therefore know all men by these
presents that we the said George H. Tyson John O. Tyson
for and in consideration of the premises and of the
sum of one dollar to us in hand paid have granted
bargained and sold and by these presents do grant bar-
gain sell and convey unto said James R. Crawford and to
heirs and assigns all the following described piece parcel
or tract of land to wit: The north east quarter of section
(33) Thirty three and the north half of section (34) thirty
four in township Eleven (11) South range nineteen East
containing Together (420) Four hundred and Twenty
acres more or less Less three acres reserved on which Wa-
cahooty Babtist Church is now situated all of said
land is situated Lying and being in Alachua County
Florida Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging To have
and to hold the same unto the said James R. Crawford
& his heirs and assigns in fee simple absolute forever
Provided however and these presents are upon this Expr-
ess condition that if the said George H. Tyson and
John O. Tyson their heirs or assigns shall well
and truly pay or cause to be paid the sum of money
