covenanted to be paid by said note together with the interest
to accrue thereon according to the legal tenor thereof then this
obligation shall become null and void else to remain in full
force and virtue and it is hereby further agreed and stipulated
that the said George H. Tyson & John O. Tyson will pay all expenses
costs and attorney's fees for which the said James R. Crawford may
be put to in enforcing the collection of the aforesaid sum
of money covenanted to be paid by said note by foreclosure or other
wise In witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands
and affixed our seals on this 10th day of February AD 1883.

      A.A. Thompson to Joseph S. Ferry
                "Mortgage"
  This Indenture made the Tenth day of February in the
year of our Lord one Thousand Eight hundred and
Eighty Three Between Alfred A. Thompson of Alachua
County Florida of the first part and Joseph S. Ferry
of the seccond part whereas the said Alfred A.
Thompson justly indebted to Joseph S. Ferry of the
second part in the sum of Two hundred dollars
lawful money of the United States of America for
which amount the said A.A. Thompson has
given his promissory note payable to said J.S. Ferry
due and payable Two years from date with interest
at ten per cent per annum said Interest to be
paid annually said note bearing date with these presents
Now this Indenture witnesseth that the said party of
the first part for the better securing the payment of
