the said sum of money mentioned in the said promissory
note and also for and in consideration of the sum of One
Dollar to him in hand paid by the said party of the
second part at or before the ensealing and delivery of these
presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted
bargained sold aliened remised released conveyed and
confirmed and by these presents doth grant bargain
sell alien remise release convey and confirm unto the
said party of the second part and his heirs and assigns
forever all that certain piece of land lying and being in
Alachua County and known and described as follows The
aouth West quarter (SW1/4 of the North East quarter (NE1/4
of section twenty One (section 21) Township eight (T.8)
Range Twenty one (R21) containing forty acres more or
less Together with all and singular the tenements hered
itaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaining and the reversion and reversions remainder and
remainders rents issues and Profits thereof And also all
the Estate right title interest property possession claim
and demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity of the
said party of the first part of in and to the same and
every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances
To have and to hold the above granted and described
premises unto the said party of the second part his heirs
and assigns to his own proper use benefit and behoof
forever. Provided always and these presents are on this
Express condition that if the said Alfred A. Thompson
his heirs Executors or administrators shall well and Truly
pay unto the said party of the second part his heirs executors
administrators or assigns the said sum of money mentioned
in the aforesaid promissory note with interest according
to the true intent and meaning thereof together with all
costs charges and Expenses incluging reasonable attorney's
fees and commissions which the said party of the
second part may incur or be put to in collecting the same
by foreclosure or otherwise and shall pay all taxes and
assessments levied or assessed on said Mortgaged
premises and shall comply with all the covenants con
tained in this Mortgage and pay all the moneys secured
thereby that then these presents and the Estate hereby granted
shall cease determine and be absolutely null and void
and the said party of the first part for himself and
his heirs executors and administrators, do hereby prom
ise covenant and agree to pay to the said party of
the second part his executors administrators or assigns
the said sum of money and interest as mentioned in said
promissory note and secured to be paid as aforesaid
And if default shall be made in the payment of the
