or assigns the said sum of many as aforesaid men
tioned in said promissory  "  with interest according to the
true intent and meaning thereof Together with all charges
and expenses including reasonable attorneys fees and commissions
which the said party of the second part may incur or be put 
to in collecting the same by foreclosure or otherwise and shall
pay all taxes and assessments levied or assessed on said
Mortgaged premises and shall comply with all the covenants
confirmed in this Mortgage and pay all the moneys secured
thereby that then these presents and the estate hereby granted
shall cease determine and be absolutely null and void
and the said parties of the first part for themselves and their
heirs Executors and administrators do hereby promise cov
enant and agree to pay to the said party of the second
part his Executors administrators or assigns the said
sum of money and interest as mentioned in said Promissory
note and secured to be paid as aforesaid and if default
shall be made in the payment of the said sum of money
or any part thereof as provided in the said note or if the
interest that may become due thereon or any part thereof
shall be due and unpaid for the space of sixty days then
and from thenceforth it shall be optional with the said
party of the second part his executors administrators or
assigns to consider the whole of said principal sum
expressed in said note as due and payable and the
said parties of the first part hereby further covenant promise
and agree to and with the said party of the second part
to pay all taxes and assessments that may be levied or imposed
upon the said premises during the continuance hereof
and to pay all costs charges and expenses in collecting the
moneys hereby secured including reasonable attorneys fees
and Commissions while collected by foreclosure or otherwise
and any and all sums of money paid out by the said
party of the second part by reason of the default of the
parties of the first part to pay the money so stipulated
or to comply in any respect with the covenants of this
Mortgage shall draw interest at the same rate as the said
note aforesaid and said money necessarily paid by
the party of the second part, shall be secured by
this mortgage and the said parties of the first part
hereby waive all right of homestead and exemptions
granted by the Constitution and Laws of Florida. In
witness whereof the said parties of the first part
have hereunto set their hands and seals the day and
year first above written.                  }
