the Peace do hereby certify unto all whom it may concern
that Mary E. Cheves to me well known as the wife of William
T. Cheves and as one of the persons described in and
who executed the foregoing Mortgage Deed did this day to
me on a seperate and private examination before me taken
and made seperately and apart from her said husband
acknowledge and declare that she made herself a party
to and executed the same for the purpose of Conveying
all of her right Title and Interest in and to the lands
in said conveyance described and granted and that
she executed the same freely and voluntarily and without
any constraint apprehension fear or compulsion of
or from her said husband the said W.T. Cheves witness
my hand and seal at Waldo this eighth day of February

Alachua County } Whereas we Thomas N. Sewell and
Mrs C.R. Sewell his wife of Alachua County State of
Florida are justly indebted to J.W. Coburn of the County
of Suffolk City of Boston State of Massachusetts in
the sum of ($50.00) Fifty dollars which said sum
of money is covenanted to be paid by a certain prom-
issory note bearing even date herewith for the sum
of ($5000} Fifty Dollars payable to J.W. Coburn or bearer
given by the said Thomas N. Sewell and Mrs C.R. Sewell
his wife and payable twelve months after date with
