not marked or branded to have and to hold the said des-
cribed property unto the party of the Second part his heirs and
assigns in fee Simple forever. The Condition of this obligation
is to be considered in the nature of a Mortgage for the
purpose of securing the payment of Twenty five dollars
$2500 now if Said amount shall well and truly be paid
by the first day of October 1882 AD one thousand eight
hundred and Eighty Two then this to be null and will
else to remain in full force and virtue and the party
of the second part his heirs or assigns are authorized to
take possession of said property as their absolute property

Certain mortgage of Geo Y. Center and Alice H. Center to
us given which said Mortgage is duly recorded in in Mortgage
Book "E" at pages 834 & 835 public records of Alachua County
hereby acknowledge full satisfaction and Cancellation
and final discharge of the Same. In witness whereof we
