to me known to be the wife of T.K. Sewell the Mort-
gagor in the foregoing mortgage who being examined
by me separate and apart from her husband says
and acknowledges before me that she freely and
voluntarily renounced released and relinquished
all her dower and right of Dower in and to the
lands in the foregoing mortgage described and
that she did the same without any fear constraint
apprehension of or from her said husband

Alachua County } Know all men by these presents. That
whereas J.R. Flewellen of the above State and County is
indebted to G.D. Younglove & Son of the same State and County
in the Sum of One hundred and ninety five dollars which
said sum is Covenanted to be paid by one Certain promissory
note bearing date February 15 1883 and for the said sum of
one hundred & Ninety five dollars bearing interest at the rate
of one per ct per month.
Now therefore to better secure the payment of said note and
interest as expressed therein I do by these presents grant bar-
gain sell and convey unto the said G.D. Younglove & Son their
heirs and assigns all my right title interest and claim of
in and to all the following described property to wit:
Two Bay horses one of which was bought of G.D. Younglove
& Son and one sorrel horse named "Mack"
To Have and to Hold all and singular the personal
