property above bargained and sold unto the said G.D. Young-
love & son their heirs executors administrators and assigns forever.
Provided, nevertheless that if the said J.R. Flewellen should well
and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said G.D. Younglove & son
the full amount of said note together with the interest accor-
ding to its tenor and effect then this instrument to be void else
To remain in full force and virtue.
It is hereby further agreed that should it become necessary
to enforce this instrument by legal proceedings the said J.R.
Flewellen will pay therefore all attorneys fees charges and
expenses.

Charles W. Bauknight, merchant of the town of Ar-
cher County and state aforesaid the receipt whereof we
do hereby acknowledge have this day bargained sold
