Said described property unto Charles W. Bauknight
merchant his heirs assigns and administrators as their
absolute property in fee simple forever.
The above is to be considered in the nature of a Mortgage
for the purpose of securing to Charles W. Bauknight
Merchant the payment of Thirty ($3000) to us
advanced by the first day of October AD 1882 now if we
shall well and truly pay said amount when due then
this to be null and void else to remain in full force
and virtue and the said Charles W. Bauknight
merchant is hereby authorized to enter any premises
or buildings to take possession of said described prop-
erty. In Witness whereof we have hereunto affixed our

do hereby waive the benefit of the homestead laws of
the State of Florida and all other rights & claims

ing even date herewith one for the sum of Forty five
Dollars with interest from date at Twenty per cent
per annum due November 1st 1883 against Joseph M.
