said husband says and acknowledges before me that
she did sign the said Conveyance for the purposes of
releasing relinquishing and renouncing all of her
right of Dower in and to the land in said Conveyance
described and that said relinquishment and renuncia-
tion of Dower was done and made by her voluntarily
and without any Compulsion Constrained apprehension
or fear of or from her said husband

 Ransom Cason To Samuel H. Burnett

Alachua County   } Whereas Ransom Cason of above
State and County is justly indebted to Samuel H. Burnett
of the same State and County in the sum of Fifty
Dollars which said sum of money is Covenanted
to be paid by one Certain promissory note bearing date
Jany 20, 1883 for the sum of Fifty dollars due November
1st 1883 against Ransom Cason and in favor of Samuel
H. Burnett or bearer with interest from date at 20 per
cent per annum whereas we are desirous of fully
and better securing the payment of said note and the
sum of money mentioned therein.
Therefore know all men by these presents that I Ran-
som Cason and Susan Cason his wife for and in
Consideration of the premises and of the sum of one dollar
to them in hand paid have granted bargained and sold
