and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto
the said Samuel H. Burnett his heirs and assigns all the fol-
lowing described piece parcel or tract of land to wit:
North East Qr of South West Qr of section(4) Four Township
(7) seven South Range (19) Nineteen East. Together with
all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging. To have and to hold the
same unto the said Samuel H. Burnett in fee sim-
ple absolute forever. Provided however and these pre-
ents are upon this express consideration that if the
said Ransom Cason and Susan Cason his wife
their heirs or assigns shall well and truly pay or cause
to be paid the sum of money Covenanted to be paid
by said note together with the interest to accrue thereon
according to the legal tenor thereof then this obligation
shall become null and void else to remain in full force
and virtue. And it is hereby further agreed and stipulated
that the said Ransom Cason and Susan Cason his
wife will pay all expenses costs and attorneys which
the said Samuel H. Burnett may be put to in enforcing
the collection of the aforesaid or otherwise

Alachua County   } I hereby Certify that on this 2nd day
of February AD 1883 before me personally appeared
Mrs Susan Cason wife of Ransom Cason the Gran-
tor in the foregoing Conveyance who being first duly ques-
tioned and examined by me separate and apart from her
said husband says and acknowledges before me that
she did sign the said Conveyance for the purpose of
releasing relinquishing and renouncing all of her
right of Dower in and to the land in said Conveyance des-
cribed and that said relinquishment and renunciation
of Dower was done and made by her voluntarily and
without any Compulsion Constraint apprehension or fear
of or from her said husband.
