Lillie S. Rains To Mary J. Seagle

Alachua County   } Whereas we Lillie S. Rains and G.A.M.
Rains her husband are justly indebted to Mary J. Seagle
in the sum of Two hundred dollars which said sum of money
is Covenanted to be paid by our three certain promissory notes
bearing even date herewith one for the sum of Fifty dollars
payable on the first day of January AD 1883 the second note
payable on the First day of July AD 1883 and the third note
payable on the first day of January AD 1884. The second and
third notes each being for the Sum of Seventy five dollars.
And whereas we are desirous of fully and better secu-
ring the payment of said notes and the sum of money
mentioned therein. Therefore know all men by these presents
that we Lillie S. Rains and G.A.M. Rains for and in Consid-
eration of the premises and of the sum of one dollar to us
in hand paid have granted bargained and sold and by
these presents do grant bargain sell and Convey unto the
said Mary J. Seagle her heirs and assigns all the following
described piece parcel tract of land to wit:
Commencing at the South East Corner of a lot of land
Conveyed by S.G. Wynne & wife to Ida Avera said lot lying
and being in section Thirty Three (33) T(9) R(20) S&E thence
run North Five hundred and Sixty feet (560 ft) to the North
East Corner of Sicily Sims lot Two hundred and
ten (210) feet to the section line dividing Section (32) and (33)
of T(9) R(20) S&E thence North along said Section line one
hundred and forty (140) feet to the North West Corner
of the lot hereby conveyed thence East six hundred and
Thirty feet to the North East Corner, thence south Seven
hundred (700) feet to the south East Corner of said lot

For and in consideration of the full payment of the sum of
money secured to be paid by this mortgage I hereby cancel and
discharge the Same from record this 1st day of March AD
