thence East Four hundred and Twenty (420) feet to the point of
beginning and containing by estimation (7 1/2) acres of land
more or less. Together with all and singular the tenements he-
reditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging To have
and to hold the same unto the said Mary J. Seagle her heirs
and assigns in fee simple absolute forever. Provided how-
ever and these presents are upon this express Condition
that if the said Lillie S. Rains and G.A.M. Rains her hus-
band their heirs or assigns shall well and truly pay or
Cause to be paid the sum of money Covenanted to be paid
by said notes together with the interest to accrue thereon
according to the legal tenor thereof then this obligation
shall become null and void else to remain in full force and
virtue. And it is hereby further agreed and stipulated
that the said Lillie S. Rains and G.A.M. Rains will pay
all expenses Costs and attorneys fees which the said Mary
J. Seagle may be put to in enforcing the collection of the
aforesaid sum of money to be paid by said note by
foreclosure or otherwise.

S. Rains wife of G.A.M. Rains the grantor in the forgoing Con-
veyance who being first duly questioned and examined by me
separate and apart from her said husband says and acknowl-
edges before me that she did sign the said Conveyance
for the purpose of releasing relinquishing and renouncing
all of her right of separate Estate in and to the land in said Con-
veyance described and that said relinquishment and renunci-
ation of Separate Estate was done and made by her voluntarily
and without any Compulsion Constraint apprehension or
fear of or from he said husband
