Bruce and recorded in Clerk's office of Alachua County Fla in
Deed Book "K" pages 222, 223, 224, & 225 and Containing five
and a half acres more or less. Together with all and singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
belonging or in anywise appertaining and the reversion and
reversions remainder nd remainders rents issues and
profits thereof, And also all the estate right title interest
dower and right of dower separate estate property possess-
ion claim and demand whatsoever as well in law as in Equity
of the said parties of the first part of in and to the same
and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances:
To Have and to Hold the above granted and described prem-
ises unto the said party of the second part his heirs and
assigns to him and to his own proper use benefit and be-
hoof forever = Provided always and these presents are
on this express Condition that if the said Marion S. Bruce
and Walter Bruce or their heirs executors or administrators
shall well and truly pay unto the said party of the second
part his heirs executors or administrators or assigns the
said sum of money as set forth in said note and the in-
terest as therein set forth it being understood and agreed that
in case the interest shall not be paid promptly, the said
note shall immediately come due and payable according
to the true intent meaning and shall keep the said property
insured for the use and benefit of said Ambler to-
gether with all costs charges and expenses including
attorneys fees which the said party of the second part
may incur or be put to in Collecting the Same by foreclosure
or otherwise that then these presents and the estate here-
by granted shall cease determine and be absolutely null
and void And the said parties of the first part for them
selves and their heirs executors and administrators do cov-
enant and agree to pay unto the said party of the second part
his heirs executors administrators or assigns and all Costs
Charges and expenses including attorneys fees the party of
the second part may incur or be put to in Collecting the same
by foreclosure or otherwise. In Witness Whereof the said parties
of the first part have hereunto set their hands and seals
