Geo W. Easterlin To Geo M. Whetstone
              "Mortgage"
I Geo W. Easterlin being indebted to Geo M. Whetstone
of Columbia County Florida for advances made and to be
made to enable me to plant and farm in Alachua
County during the year 1882. Now to secure said advances
I hereby Bargain Sell and Deliver unto the said Geo M.
Whetstone his heirs and assigns forever all the crops of
what kind soever grown planted or cultivated by me or
which may hereafter at any time in the future be planted
grown or gathered by me or for me or for my benefit on or
off of any and all lands in Alachua County, Florida, until
the debt hereby secured with interest is fully paid. Also
the following described property to wit: To have and to hold
the above described property unto the said Geo W. Whetstone
his heirs and assigns forever. Provided However that if I my
heirs or assigns shall and do well and truly pay or Cause
to be paid unto the said Geo M. Whetstone his heirs or assigns
by the first day of November next the sum of all such advances
as may then be due as aforesaid to the amount of and in
case of Foreclosure I will pay all Costs including Complain-
ants attorneys fee then the estate hereby credited shall
determine. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto affixed
my hand and seal this the the Seventeenth day of December
