Alachua County   } Whereas we Mary S. Sheats and W.
N. Sheats her husband are justly indebted to Wilburn
Lassiter of Hall County Georgia in the Sum of Seven Hun-
dred and fifty (750.) Dollars which said sum of Money
is Covenanted to be paid by one Certain promissory note bear-
ing even date herewith for the Sum of Seven Hundred and
Fifty (750) Dollars payable on or before the 14th day of
February AD Eighteen Hundred and Eighty Five (1885)
with interest from date at Ten per cent per annum
