Conveyance for the purposes of releasing relinquishing
and renouncing all of her right of Separate estate in
and to the land in said Conveyance described and that said
relinquishment and renunciation of separate estate was
done and made by her voluntarily and without any Compulsion

            "Mortgage"
This Indenture made the Twentieth day of February
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and and
Eighty Three Between W.A. Porter of the County of Bradford
and State of Florida of the first part and Mrs J.S. Perry of
Albany New York of the Second part: whereas the said W.A.
Porter in and by Certain obligation or writing obligatory
under his hand and seal duly executed and bearing even
date herewith stand bound unto the said party of the sec-
ond part in the Sum of One Hundred and three dollars
and eleven cents in the words and figures as follows.
$103 11/100 Twelve months after date I promise to pay to Mrs J.
S. Perry or order the Sum of one hundred and three and 11/100
Dollars for value received bearing interest from date
Witness my hand and seal this 20th day of Feby AD
1880            Signed
Without any fraud or further delay as in and by said
recited obligation and Condition thereof, relation to the
Same being had may more fully and at large appear
