thence East Seven (7) chains: thence South Nine and 1/4 (9 1/4) chains
thence West Seventeen (17) Chains to the point of beginning con-
taining Thirty Six and 49/100 acres more or less, all Situated
in Section Twenty Two in Township Ten in Range Nineteen (19)
South and East Together with all and Singular the ten-
ements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging
or in anywise appertaining and the reversion and reversions
remainder and Remainders rents issues and profits there-
of; and also all the estate right title interest dower and
right of dower separate estate possession claim and de-
mand whatsoever as well as in law as in equity of the said
party of the first part of in and to the same and every
part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances To have and to
hold the above granted and described premises unto the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns to him and
their own proper use benefit and behoof forever. Provided always
and these presents are on this express condition that if the
said parties of the first part their assigns executors or adm-
inistrators shall well and truly pay unto the said party of the
second part his heirs executors administrators or assigns the
said sum of money mentioned in the note heretofore recited
and the interest on the same according to the true intent and
meaning of said note together with all costs charges and
expenses which the said party of the second part may incur
or be put to in collecting the same by foreclosure or otherwise
together with all reasonable attorneys fees that then these presents
and the estate hereby granted shall cease determine and be
absolutely null and void and the said parties of the first
for themselves and their heirs executors and administrators do
covenant and agree to pay unto the said party of the
second part his heirs executors administrators or assigns the
said note with interest as above and all cost charges and
Expenses including reasonable attorneys fees that the party
of the second part my incur or be put to in collecting the
same by foreclosure. In witness whereof the said parties of the
