hereditament and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise
appertaining To Have and to hold the same unto him the said A.
Monroe and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns forever
Provided always nevertheless and this instrument is executed and delivered
upon this expressed condition that if I the said Samuel L. Hawthorn
shall and do well and truly pay or cause to be paid the full amount
of the said Promissory note for the sum of Eighteen Hundred and
fifty Dollars at the time and date the same falls due together with
all interest thereon to accrue according to its legal tenor and effect
and shall and do also pay all reasonable attorneys fees costs and
charges for the foreclosure hereof should become necessary by reason
of non payment hereof then this instrument to become wholly
null and void else to be and remain in full force and virtue

Alachua County } Whereas we Delia Coker and John
B. Coker of Alachua County Florida are justly indebted
to Joseph W. Coburn of _____ County State of _____in the
sum of (100) One Hundred Dollars, which said sum
of money is covenanted to be paid by a certain
promissory note bearing even date herewith for the
sum of (100) One Hundred Dollars payable to Joseph
W. Coburn or bearer, given by said Delia Coker
and John B. Coker and payable Twelve (12) months
after date with interest at the rate of Twelve (12)
per cent per annum from date until paid And
whereas we are desirous of fully and better sec-
