sum of money therein mentioned Therefore know
all men by these presents that we the said Delia Coker
and John B. Coker have granted bargained sold and conveyed
and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey
unto the said Joseph W. Coburn his heirs and assigns
all the following described piece parcels or tracts
of land to wit: The south west corner of lot formally
known as the Henry Avery lot in Ropers Addition to
the Town of Gainesville in Alachua County State of Florida
which is in section (4) Four Township (10) Ten South
Range (20) Twenty East and which lot is in the southern
part of lot (11 3/4) Eleven and Three fourths as designated 
on said map of Ropers Addition and from said
south West corner runs north (105) one hundred and
five feet thence East (50) fifty feet to stake thence south
(105) one hundred and five feet to stake thence west (50)
Fifty feet to the point of commencing the same being
the lot upon which the dwelling house of the said
Delia Coker is situated and located said lot of land
containing (1/8) one eighth acre. All of the above de-
scribed land lying and being in Alachua County
State of Florida together with all and singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging To have and to hold the same unto the
said Joseph W. Coburn to his heirs and assigns forever.
Provided nevertheless and these presents are upon this
expressed condition that if the said Delia Coker and
John B. Coker or Either of them or their heirs or assigns
shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid the sum
of money covenanted to be paid by their said prom
issory note together with the interest to accrue thereon
according to the legal tenor and effect thereof, then
this obligation shall become null and void, else
to remain in full force and effect and it is hereby
further agreed and stipulated that the said
Delia Coker and Julia B. Coker will pay all
expenses costs and attorneys fees which the said
Joseph W. Coburn may be put to in forcing the
collection of the aforesaid sum of money or any
part thereof covenanted to be paid by the said note
by suit of foreclosure or otherwise In witness
whereof we have hereunto set our hands and affix
ed our seals on this the 28th day of February AD
