separately and apart from her said husband says and
acknowledges that she did sign the foregoing mortgage for
the purpose of releasing relinquishing and renouncing
all of her separate estate therein and that she did the
same freely and voluntarily and without any fear appre
hension constraint or apprehension of or from her said
husband }

Alachua County } Whereas we Mary B. Waples and
Edgar C. Waples wife and husband are justly indebted
to William G. Fischer of #1210 Chestnut Street Phil
adelphia Pennsylvania in the sum of one thousand
dollars which said sum of money is covenanted to be
paid by our certain promissory note bearing even date
herewith one for the sum of one Thousand dollars
due and payable two years after date with interest
from date at the rate of Ten per cent and wher
eas we are desirous of fully and better securing the
payment of said note and the sum of money mentioned
therein Therefore know all men by these presents
